Systema Power & Precision


February 23rd & 24th - Yokohama

Join Kwan Lee and Adam Zettler as they guide you from the fundamental building blocks of breathwork and awareness to the functional application of total body heaviness and precise control.
 
Clean and precise movement is driven by proper power.  When power derives from the proper source, good movement follows.
 
You will train to embody the principles of fullness and project power into your surroundings as well as learn how to use this power to heal and improve others.

No prior Systema training experience is required to participate in this seminar. Beginners are welcome.

This event is fully supported by Systema Headquarters, and Master Vladimir Vasiliev encourages all groups in Japan to participate in this seminar.

Participants should bring their own training knife if they have one. No experience is necessary to participate.

Saturday, February 22nd, Tokyo, 5:30pm-8pm

Kwan Lee and Adam Zettler will be hosting a special class to prepare for the weekend seminar, focusing on fullness and power.

No experience is necessary to participate. Beginners are welcome.

We strongly recommend that you attend the weekend seminar.
